Customize Your Form Report
After creating a form and starting to collect responses, you can access the Report Page to view insightful analytics. Here, we’ve prepared charts and lists to help you group values and calculate totals for your form fields.
Fields with Charts
Charts are automatically generated for the following field types:

Checkbox

Matrix

Promoter Score

By default, all charts are displayed as bar charts, but we also provide options for donut and pie charts.
When to Use Each Chart Type

Bar Chart: Best for comparing quantities or frequencies across different categories. Ideal for displaying grouped data, such as survey results or field comparisons.

Pie Chart: Useful for showing proportions or percentages of a whole. Perfect for visualizing distributions, like the percentage of respondents choosing specific options.

Donut Chart: Similar to pie charts but with a central space. These are great for highlighting proportions while maintaining a cleaner look for added annotations or summary details.
How to Customize Charts

Access Chart Settings:

Click the wrench icon at the top-right corner of the report page.

A modal will appear, displaying customization options for your form fields.

Customization Options for Each Field:
-
Alias Name: Change the field name to something more descriptive.

Chart Type: Default is "Bar". Change to "Pie" or "Donut" (Matrix chart type cannot be changed).

Hide: Hide the chart from the report page if it’s not needed.

Additional Customization Options
Within the same modal, you’ll find options to adjust other aspects of your report:

Statistics Visibility:

Show or hide the statistics section, which includes:

Total views

Total responses

First response date
-
Last response date

Date Chart Visibility:

Show or hide the date-based chart displaying the number of responses collected per day.

Field Type Label Visibility:

Group fields of the same type under a single title (e.g., "Radio Field(s)").

Optionally, hide this title for a cleaner layout.

Zero Value Functionality:

Hide options with zero responses to declutter your charts and focus on meaningful data.
