Deleting Your Account

At Form ASAP, deleting your account means that the account holder permanently removes all associated data and closes the account. This action is irreversible, and all data will be completely deleted.

How to Delete Your Account as an Account Holder

1. Log in to your account.

2. Navigate to the dropdown menu and click on Account Holder.

3. Scroll down to the "Delete My Account" section.

4. Follow the prompt to enter "Delete Your Account."

5. Click Delete.

   • Once confirmed, everything in your account will be deleted. This includes users, forms, responses, and all other associated data.

If You Are Not the Account Holder

If you are not the account holder and wish to delete your user profile, you will need to contact the account holder. The account holder can:

1. Go to the Users component in their account.

2. Locate and delete the specific user.

Note: Deleting a user will remove all data created by that user. However, any updates made by the deleted user to other content will not be removed.

Please proceed with caution, as deletion actions are final and cannot be undone.

If a user has permission to access the Users component, they can delete themselves and other users (except the account holder). No one can delete the account holder.
